The first sentence is passive voice.
The second sentence is active voice.

No, we are talking about tense not active/passive. Try again.

And this sentence is continuous tense

2) I should try to save money.
The second sentence is present tense.
I am not sure the meaning of this sentence.

Yes, both mean essentially the same, that the speaker thinks it would be a good idea for him to save money.
