I write: May, 24th, 2012
or May, 24, 2012
I say: May, 24th
or 24 of may
or 24th of may
I don't know which of the last two ones is correct.

No, I've checked them all, my question is about to find the most usual way in speaking though.
Thanks,

I say 'the twenty-fourth of May' or, rarely, 'May twenty-fourth'.

I say 'the twenty-fourth of May' or, less often, 'May the twenty-fourth'.

It depends how it's written if you're asking how I would read it aloud from the page. If it reads "May 24th, 2012" I would say "May the twenty-fourth, two thousand and twelve". If it says "24 May, 2012", I would say "the twenty-fourth of May, two thousand and twelve". I might say "twenty twelve" instead - I use both forms.
