I guess we can add today at 18:27 to the list of times when capital letter usage had to be corrected. :-(

No-one suggested that you are stupid. However, we should not have to remind anyone more than twice, perhaps three times, to always capitalise the word "I" in written English. Even now, I have had to amend two instances in your post where you typed "i" instead of "I". We are not being pedantic. We are not being picky. We are not being nasty. We are trying to help. We answer questions but we also correct written English. When we do so, and when we explain our corrections, we expect learners to read carefully and to take notice of those corrections. We do not expect those errors to be repeated over and over again in future posts.
