    Informally, you'll hear the following responses to "Thank you":

    - Sure
    - Sure thing
    - That's OK
    - No problem
    - No worries

    "It's okay" is a possible response to "I'm sorry."
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
