Would you please tell me what I should write in introdution, body and conclusion pat of a persnal business letter like complaint?
Ok. I want to write a letter of complaint. I don't know how I should intiate and conclude it or what I should say to initiate this kind of letter.
I hope i'm clear.
Pretend you are talking to the person who can resolve your issue on the phone. What would you say?
You had a bad experience -- what was it? You want them to do... what? What are the details? Repeat what you want them to do. Say what you will do.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I have a complaint regarding the treatment I received from your Customer Service representative on February 27th 2012."
Then continue with details of your complaint, what happened, why you are upset, what compensation you want etc. We will comment further when you post your attempt at the letter.
