    Formulating a warning message

    Dear Teacher,

I'd like to write a warning message something like this:

    Dear Customer,

If the 10% deposit is not arrive onto our bank account prior 24 hours to your room booking starts, the booking will be deleted automatically.

How to write this sentence correctly?

    Thank you,
    Gabor Sturm

I would say something like this:

If we do not receive a 10% deposit into our bank account 24 hours before your room booking starts, the booking will be automatically deleted.

I'd start it like SirGod did, but finish with '. . . your reservation will be cancelled'.
