    What is the deffernce?

I hope to find an answer to my question.
The question is: what is the difference between theses questions? what is reading? what reading is?

Welcome to the forums, waleed123456. The second one is wrong.

As bhaisahab said, "What reading is?" is incorrect. Your first sentence is the correct construction of a sentence.
Also note the correct spelling of "difference".

I believe you could use these:

    What is reading?
Do you know what reading is?
