    stage in my life when/where

I'm at that stage in my life when/where I no longer see a woman and say to myself,' Maybe she's the one for me.

Can both when and where be used in this context?

    Thank you in advance.

Re: stage in my life when/where

    I would say so.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
