Dear teachers

I dont understand the expression of "some swollen goods, love", and why other will laught at it. Could you please advise?

It sounds like stolen goods, which is a common phrase, and the first phrase Jamie says comes from what the police say when they arrest someone, so they're changing the language of arrest into sexual innuendo- instead of receiving stolen goods (a crime), she can receive swollen goods (his erection).
