I will add it to the haul.

They are considering taking donation stuff to a hospital, and Del is trying add more to the donation box, and Mel says "I will add it to the haul". Does "haul" mean "great amount of something" or "trip to a destination" as in dictionary's definitions?

del - Hey, what's in that box?
mel- Oh, the donations for the hospital.
del- Ah! The silent auction. I totally forgot.
del - Are you taking this in today?
    mel - Yeah. After work.
del - If I can get ned to bring everything by and it in the back of your truck?
mel - Yes. I will add it to the haul.
    del - Excellent.

Re: I will add it to the haul.

It means "the big pile of stuff we have collected".

On a tangent, in the US, kids will refer to their collection of candy from Halloween as a haul. Also, a newish fad is the "shopping haul" (probably better known as shopping spree), where people show off their purchases on videos.
