    If I had made my bed I would not have fall from bed.

    I fail to see how making one's bed prevents one from falling out of it.

    I'm not sure the meaning of this sentense (what does making your bed have to do with keeping you in it?), but I would say it as shown above.

    Then I have to say no, it is not correct to make your bed for this reason.
