Tap or tap into, the rising or rising

    Dear Teachers

Please help. Would like to know if I should use "tap" or "tap into", "the rising" or "rising" in the following context:

Luxury companies are very well positioned to [tap/ tap into] [the rising/ rising] Chinese consumer trend.

    [AmE - not a teacher]

[tap/ tap into] Either of these work for me.

[the rising/ rising] Either of these work for me, so long as you add an "S" to "trend" for the latter.
