    a place need some TLC

    Hey there,

Could anyone tell me what TLC means in the following context?

I have googled on line and checked the wikipedia, but still can't figure it out.

    Thank you very much.

"This depot was a mess, but she'd like it from the very beginning--even though it was dingy and old and definitely needed some TLC. "

It means "tender loving care" as usual.
