    Contracdictions

"After two months of marriage. Lots of contradictions happened between Peter and Jane. They decided to divorce just yesterday."

    - Could I say these sentences in a daily conversation?

    Thank you so much

"Contradictions" doesn't work in that context. "Happened" is not right either. Try "Peter and Jane had a lot of disagreements".

I agree with Bhaisahab. You also need to connect the two halves of your sentence with a comma, not use two sentences.

After two months of marriage, Peter and Jane yesterday decided to divorce due to their regular disagreements.
