    I hadn't come across this phrase until I read your question. A quick Google suggests that it may have originated with this exchange from the TV comedy series "Scrubs", whose dialogue tended a little more towards the bizarre, even surreal, than other similar shows.
    Jordan: I don't dislike you, I nothing you.
    JD: That's special.

    With no further context I can only guess that it means something like "I have no feelings about you at all", or perhaps "I ignore you". I've never heard it spoken.
