Talking Have I used the relative clause correctly?

It consists of a series of tests and a combination of questionnaires, the latter of which are in particular...

I was wondering the phrase "the latter of + which (relative pronoun)" is correct. If I omit "the latter of", I know that "which" may refer to a combination of questionnaires or both tests and questionnaires.

    Thanks

It depends on whether you are referring to both the tests and questionaires, in which case "the latter of" should be omitted. But if you are referring only to the questionaires, then "the latter of which" should be used and replace "are" with "is".
