    Do these sound natural?

    It is not until you break up with him that you realize how important his existence is.

    It is not until you break up with him that you will realize how important his existence is.
    It is not until you break up with him that you may/might realize how important his existence is.

    The first is the best out of them, the second...I wouldn't go so far as to say it's wrong, but if you're going to say will realise, I would say it won't be until, and the final one doesn't sound natural to me.
