    Need advice learning idioms...

    Hi, teachers:

Do you have any tips for learning idioms quickly?

I've been learning English idioms for 3 years now but there seem to be numerous ones. The more I learn, the more I find I do not know. (OMG, Why are there so many idioms in English?? sighs)

Do you have any advice? I've noticed that idioms is a very important part of English language. Sometimes even more important than words.

There's no quick solution to that, but you don't need to know them all- I'm a native speaker teacher and I don't. Just keep on learning them regularly and be selective about the ones you learn.
