    Which words should I use?

A 48-year-old father of three / three children pleaded guilty to an indecent act of sending lewd text messages to his then 13-year-old student. The man and girl / the girl, who is now 15, cannot be named as there is a gag order on both parties.

Which words in bold should I use in each of the cases?

    Thanks.
