[Grammar] Help achieve/ achieving

Dear Teachers

Would like to know if it is correct ot use "acheiving" in the following context.

1) We are comitted to helping investors achieve their investment goals.
2) We are comitted to helping investors achieving their investment goals.

Hello Anthony,
I would use only #1.
You could say "in achieving" but there's no reason to. Stick with #1.
