Question I need IPA transcription for "language lab"

1- How is "language lab" transcribed?

This is "language": /ˈlęŋɡwɪdʒ/ both BrE and AmE
    This is "lab":
    /lęb/ both BrE and AmE
But I know that sometimes stress of single words changes when it is used in a phrase.
    So, how should it be?
    /ˈlęŋɡwɪdʒ lęb/?

2- Also does transcription "language lab" is the same in both BrE and AmE? If yes, how is each transcribed?

    I'd go for: /ˈlęŋɡwɪʤ ˌlęb/
