    previous vs forthcoming

    Hi, people.

Could you please see the following question? The answer is (C) previous. But how about the (B) forthcoming?

"Forthcoming" sounds awkward in this sentence? Can you explain why?
    Thank you in advance.

This year’s annual report is available to the public on the company Web site, while reports from ______ years are accessible only to the advisers.
    (A) final
    (B) forthcoming
    (C) previous
    (D) absolute
