The Ramadan celeberation occurs everwhere on after the Ramadan lunar moon in Islamic countries. Specially in Kurdistan.
It's a day when most Kurdish Mouslim wear their costume and pray in mousqe at morning.
Then come back home serve reception it's specially rice and Khorsht.
After that families go to party for ask forgiveness each other.
Next thay go to another party.

Welcome to the forums, ArashAmani. I suppose that this is for a tourist guide for English speakers. I suggest the following:
The Ramadan celebration occurs on after the Ramadan lunar moon in all Islamic countries. It's a day when most Kurdish Muslims wear traditional dress and pray at the mosque in the morning. After that they go home and have a meal, usually rice and Khorsht. Afterwards families get together to ask each other for forgiveness then they go to a party.

The changes are just suggestions apart from "occurs on" - the preposition is out of place and I think "takes place" is better.
