Re: please help me with my answer

    *______ on your headset.

    a. (set)
    b. take
    c. put
    d. get

Put. We put on headsets. We put things on our bodies, like put on a shirt or put on some shoes.

*I wonder if you could _____ me a favour and carry this box for me.

    a. hold
    b. make
    c. (give)
    d. do

Do. We do favors for others.

*Joanna _____ her new mobile phone.

    a. (is losing)
    b. lose
    c. loses
    d. has lost

This is a poor question. They probably wanted "has lost" as the answer, but you could also use "loses" or "is losing" grammatically.

What happens when Joanna gets drunk? Joanna loses her new mobile phone.

Why is Joanna so sad? Cause her dad is reducing her allowance because her grades were bad. She is losing her new mobile phone.

    The others are correct.

Tests are usually based on a specific syllabus, informed by the various levels of English (i.e. A1 to C2). They should be interpreted from a level-specific point of view rather than from an overall one. At the Elementary and Pre-intermediate levelsm students are required to recognize (and be able to use) the Present Perfect when they want to express a 'present result of a recent action'. It's typical.

Re: please help me with my answer

    Welcome to the forums.
First, I do appreciate that you gave your own answer, isntead of just saying "What's the answer."
However, your post contains more questions than most people want to answer in one sitting.
In the future, please limit your posts to 3 or 4 questions of this length, and not just a long list.

Having said that, I'm afraid every single one of your answers is incorrect. Were you randomly guessing?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

It's still a poor question, as SoothingDave said. Any question that requires acceptable alternatives to be rejected is unsound.
