Hello everyone,
They have been married for 20 years.
Is this sentence present perfect active or passive voice, because "have been" plus past participle is used for passive voice? if it is active voice, is "married" adjective? I know the meaning of the sentence but I am confused. Here, I am also teaching spoken english for the little children so sometimes I want to explain about passive voice. Main problem is in my language there is no importance for passive voice.
Thank you.

That sentence is not passive.

From Longman:
