I had prepared ... and I have attached... Are the tenses OK?

Hi could anybody help me with the following sentence? Do you think it is correct?

I had prepared the questionnare and I have attached it to this email.

The past perfect ('I had prepared') is unsuitable here.

You should say

'I have prepared the questionnaire and have attached it to this email.'
