What are the differences among the three?
1.drug - can be either bad ones like marihuana, cocaine, etc. or normal medication sold in pharmacy. Does it have the former meaning a lot more than the latter?
2.medicine - I guess this is unountable?
3.medication - I guess this is countable?
Could you explain in more detail? Like 1's why either way can't work? Do you mean only one way works?
Thanks a lot!!! What about the plurality of medication and medicine? And also are they exchangeable in terms of normal method to cure people?
What about the plurality of medication and medicine?
Medication is usually uncountable.
I would use medication for a drug or drugs used to treat a condition rather than an event, so someone with something like high blood pressure would be on medication, but if it's something like a sore throat, I'd use medicine. And also are they exchangeable in terms of normal method to cure people?
