    The correct answer is - It's

    Explanation
    : It's is a short form of It is. On the other hand its defines something belonging to something, e.g. What is the color of Apple? = its color is red.

    It's is always an abbreviation of it is. Whereas its is used when an item belongs to something.

    I think it's a mistake. (I think it is a mistake)
