    Somebody told me that the pronoun "you" could come with is.

    You is.... But in specific case.

    Is it correct?

    You are missing the point. You asked if 'is' could be used with 'you', and I gave you an example, albeit a rather artificial one. Look at it again; I have expanded it slightly:

    The word "you" is a pronoun.
