    Can I say :

    "exactly the opposite as she expected to" ?

    Is that correct ?

    Please give the whole sentence in which you wish to use this phrase. It doesn't sound correct but unless we know how you want to use it, we won't be able to tell you why it's wrong or give any suggestions for correction.

    the whole sentence is:

    "But her children grew up according to the stereotype of a woman and a man, exactly the opposite as she expected"

    I would say "exactly the opposite of what she expected."

    Also, please give your threads better titles - "as she expected" would be a good choice here.
