    Are these sentences correct?

I am wondering if these sentences are grammatically correct:

    1. One can only laugh reading about rich people who suffer because they are bored. (Or should one write instead):
    2. One can only laugh when reading about rich people who suffer because they are bored.
    3. It is laughable to read about rich people who suffer because they are bored.

    Re: Are these sentences correct?

I think that sentences 2 and 3 are fine.

    Re: Are these sentences correct?

I have no problem with the first one.
You realize that the third one has a different meaning, though, right?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
