    This is said to be BrE. I wonder what
    is the American equivalent. 'In total'?
    'all-in deals to Australia and New Zealand'
    "The hourly rate is 20 pounds all in." (LDCE)

    In BrE, we also have all-inclusive. I don't know whether this is used in AE.
