    Kindly check the sentence/para

Our promise to deliver the best is as strong as steel because we understand the nerve of steel

First comes purchase enquiry, followed by quotation, and then comes correspondence & queries, purchase & sales order raised accordingly, mandatory quality check & material analysis, Third party inspection if required, proper packaging, final quality & other checks, arranging transport & logistics, dispatching invoices and documents, post order support, finally closing the order

    Re: Kindly check the sentence/para

    Steel doesn't have nerves.
I don't understand what the string of text is supposed to tell me. If you are trying to show steps, then just number them, and omit the "followed by" and "then." There are at least two places that need hyphens: third-party and post-order. Don't capitalize "third" and consider using "and" insead of "&."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

What is this for?
