    Please make the following in red clear for me.

    Ryan Tate e-mailed Steve... after seeing an iPad advertisement describing the product as "revolutionary." The combative Ryan had consumed a few drinks, he admitted, and that much is evident.

    Does this mean "that Ryan is a little drunken is evident"?
