single one of your last 8 posts

Abtin - this is now your ninth post. On every
    single
one of your last 8 posts you have been asked by one of us to remember to use capital letters and punctuation properly.

Won't the meaning be same without the word single?

Ha. Yeah it's the same, 'single' just stresses the fact that it's all of them.

So, is that similar to saying You are accountable for each and every single dollar?

I'll also point out that, just as in the case of the original comment, it often expresses frustration over how often something happens or how many of a thing there are, and you don't like it.

"This happens to me every single time I come over here."
"He keeps calling me every single day."
"Every single student on the floor of my dorm is loud at night."

    Good example, yes it is.
Although 'each and every' is equivalent by itself to 'every single', so it may be a bit overkill, but I think you get it.
