I am in doubt between using both: ombudsman office or ombudsman's office

As the "Ombudsman" is a person (job) I used the second form, however, I've read my workmates writing on the other way, without the apostrophe 's' to express possession... I would like to know which form is correct or more appropriate?

PS: Looking for it on google websites I have found people using the both forms...

"the office of the ombudsman" is commonly used.

Thanks a lot to all of you. For non-native speakers it is hard to choose between using 's or not...

In cases like these, it can simply be a question of custom.
