[General] Use vs. Purpose of use

I am translating papers from Japanese to English.
It's about a new product (activated water) for plants.

Now I am wondering which words are appropriate for explanation
about the purpose for usage as a title in the User's manual.

Purpose of Use ?


Or Are there any good words instead?

And One more question!

If I want to give the customer the infho about what kind of things this water can,
then what 's the title should be?


I would like to say like this ;

<Title> (you can use for)

For cut flwers (drawing up water, maintaing freshness),
Accelerating the flowering of plants, and
Preventin from smell and color fading

I mean no offense, but this is why translation should be into your native languge. If your native language is Japanese, you should be taking English texts and making them read naturally in Japanese. A native English speaker should be taking the Japanese text and making it read naturally in English.

Things like "Preventin from smell and color fading" are the types of poorly written instructions that English speakers either laugh at or are frustrated by.

Use to keep your cut flowers smelling and looking fresh longer, and to help your plants bloom sooner.

I think all that Barb is saying is that Japanese text should be translated into English by a native English speaker, and vice versa.
She has no intention of grading your writing.(if I am correct...)

I don't mean that Barb is offensive to me, but I re-realize my writing is poor : )
It is good to know if I work for this type of job or other job that English language related.

It applies to any translator. You should provide the translations into your native language. Your writing is not poor but it is very very difficult to obtain native-level fluency in English. But you are already 100% fluent in your language.
