    how to use the word suppose and afraid

    Dear Maam/sir,

    I am always confused with the word afraid and suppose how to use these two words.

    Do you mean that you don't understand the dictionary definition of either of those words? I assume that you don't mix them up with each other because they are completely different.

    Why don't you give us an example of a sentence with the word "afraid" in it and we can see if your understanding is close to being correct?

    "Suppose" is a little more difficult to use so we will stick with "afraid" for now.
