"Some things can't be said too many times." Examples:
Saying "I love you" to one's spouse or child;
Saying "please" and "thank you" when asking for or receiving something;
When reciting the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!";
There are many other similar situations where repetition is appropriate. For example:
"Don't drink and drive!";
"Cover your mouth when you cough!"
