How can we add one more item in response of a question?

Teacher: What snacks can you see in the picture?
Pupil A: I can see (some) potato chips, chilli fish, peanuts, raisins, lemons sweets and chocolate.
Puipl B: I can see potato chips, chilli fish. I can also see peanuts, raisins. I can see chocolate too.(no lemon sweets are included)

Is it natural for pupil B to say again, 'There are some lemon sweets too.'

    Thanks a lot.

It's not unnatural- speech is messy and less organised than writing. We repeat ourselves so repeating others is natural. We say things we don't want to say, and things we don't mean.
