    I'd like to ask about telling the location. Would you take a look at the following sentence?
    #1 Take the right-hand road.

    Can I say "right" instead of "right-hand"?
    #2 Take the right road.

    If so, does #2 mean the same as #1?

    I wouldn't use your version. You could say 'take the road on the right'
