    complain about a book

I am writing a letter of complaint, complaining about a book. Two of the sentences are:
As a customer, I just want to spend money to buy satisfied and good quality products. And obviously, the book does not satisfied me.
Could you help me make the two sentences natural and acceptable to native speakers? Thank you!

    Re: complain about a book

Was the book damaged in some way? The cover soiled? The pages torn?

If you simply didn't like the story, I'm afraid a letter of complaint is not going to do much for you.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

If you're looking for a refund because you didn't like the book, you won't get anywhere, in my opinion. If you want to send feedback to the author or the publisher simply to let them know that you didn't like the book, then fine, but don't expect a reply.

If, as Barb suggested, there was a physical problem with the book, then it's a good idea to write to them (although I would just take the book back to the store with the receipt), but the word "satisfy/ing" won't be appropriate.

There were a couple of problems with your letter and I have made amendments above in red. Look at the differences between "satisfied", "satisfaction", "satisfying" and the verb "to satisfy".

    Re: complain about a book

Is the following sentence right? Thank you.
If you do not replace the book with a new one, I would like to get a full refund.

    Re: complain about a book

I am sure that you will agree that this is a most unsatisfactory situation. Therefore,I request you to arrange to replace this book with another one.

I made some changes in the above sentences. Do you think the changes make the sentences more natural and more acceptable to native speakers? Do you have any advice?

I am sure you will agree this is very unsatisfactory. And I hope you could replace this book with a new one.

    Re: complain about a book

It would make it a lot easier for us to assist if you told us what was wrong with the book.

I found the quality of the binding was poor.
