    Re: I do known

    You mean I don't know.
    Not a teacher.

Welcome to the forum, teodoro. Please note my corrections to your post.

You should say 'I don't know', which is a contraction of 'I do not know'.

    Re: I do known

    NOT A TEACHER

Another (quite informal) possibility is saying, "I don't have a clue" or "I have no clue".
Please note that I'm not a teacher.

Bruna, please state that you are not a teacher and wait longer than a minute to give a teacher an opportunity to give a fuller answer.

The forum is called Ask a Teacher. Your contributions are welcome if a teacher has not answered within say two hours.

If you read my post again Rover, you will see that I made it quite clear in my signature that I'm not a teacher.

    Re: I do known

Please state it at the top of each post, as CarloSsS did, in accordance with the forum guideline:

You are welcome to answer questions posted in the Ask a Teacher forum as long as your suggestions, help, and advice reflect a good understanding of the English language. If you are not a teacher, you will need to state that clearly at the top of your post.
