    Can I say that

Can I say that:"I see you are tired" or "I see you be tired" or "I see you look tired"
    Which is best natural?
And as the same pattern with above kind of sentence, I can use the verb"find" instead of "see"
Could someone please show me how to use the verb"find" and the difference between these two verbs?
    I appreciate any responses!

The first is OK; the second is not English. The third is unnatural; if the speaker thinks the other person looks tired, there is no need to add 'I see'.
