It is better that you come than you do not show up

Could I say that " It is better that you come than you do not show up" ?
If the subject is "She,he..." Do I need to change the verb"come" into "comes" or remain?
And "do not show up" into " does not show up" as well?

In addition to Bhai's response, I would throw a "rather" before "than".
