    Question Passive/active voice?

    Ex1: I understand. active



    Ex2:Understood. now is this present and passive or past tense?

    Either one.
    It's understood. (Present, passive.)
    I've understood it. (Past, active.)
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
