    Primary level accounting

Is "Primary level accounting" acceptable to native speakers? Do you have any other advice? Thank you!

Do you have any context for this? If it's the official name of a type of accounting, then I imagine it would be found all over the internet in that form and there would even perhaps be something like a "National Union of Primary Level Accountants".
