Can I say that "I had a lot of money now, if I hadn't spent so much yesterday"?

"Had" is past tense. You can't say "had...now."

But I think "would" is also a kind of past tense. The future in past. So we can use "would" or "had".
That is what I think. Do you agree with me.

Yes, 'would' is the past form of 'will.' I agree with you on this point.
However, 'had' doesn't work in your sentence unfortunately.
I'd advise you to study about English 'Conditionals.'

and read the relevant chapter in your grammar book.:-D

Hi,
you must use the conditional (would have) in the first part of your sentence because you are expressing an hypothetical situation, not something which happened in the past.
