    Re: Please correct these sentences

    Welcome to the forum.

A piece of friendly advice - we like to deal with one thing at a time on this forum. You have posted ten individual sentences and your title is "Please correct these sentences". That suggests that you believe there is something wrong with each sentence.

We like you to do some work first so please let us know what you think might be wrong with each individual sentence. It is a lot easier if you put each individual sentence in its own thread to be dealt with separately. It can get very confusing if people are dealing with different sentences.
As shown in the forum guidelines, your title thread should contain all or part of the phrase you are querying so for example, your first thread could have been:

Title: of how I used to go
Text: Could you please tell me if the following sentence is correct? "
Tonight the moon is full which it reminds me of how I used to go fishing for flounder with my uncle". I'm not sure about the use of "reminds me of how I used to go".
    Thank you.

    Re: Please correct these sentences

Jabery, before you continue, I don't think I was clear. Each sentence that you wish to have us consider should be a separate thread (not a comment or a post). Putting each sentence in a separate box isn't going to help because you will still end up with a long list of comments from other users which all relate to different sentences.

Don't reply to this. Start a completely new thread, using the title "As our boat slid silently through the water" and then put your question about that sentence in the main body of the thread. You will start to see replies to that question. A little later, you could start another new thread, with the title "On full-moon nights" and ask us about the next sentence.
