    Are these sentences natural?

While walking alone the embankment, with willow twigs floating and fragrance in the air, people leaning on railing can watch the fish jump out of the water in the sunlight, with birds singing in the courtyard; while boating on the lake, people to their hearts' content can have moments of peace and pleasure in noisy surroundings, with waves rippling, shadows swaying and lotus blossoming.

Are these sentences natural, which word is better than floating in this context?

    The answers will be appreciated.

No, it's not natural. There are too many errors of grammar, vocabulary, phrasing.... For example, how can the people be leaning on a railing if they are walking along the embankment?
Better than "floating"? That would depend entirely on what the twigs are doing.
